Assembly Flow
The most efficient integral assembly flow from loading, feeding, cutting, inserting, inspection, sorting, unloading to final packing;
The metal parts in small size & light weight such as pins to be inserted into the SFP designed to load and feed through reel and tape feeding method;
The plastic component is transferred by introducing the most popular vibratory bowl feeder in quick and stable way;The pins that feed by the real-and-tape method will be cut and inserted into the plastic housing through a special designed cam type pin insertion mechanism with high accurate alignment and quick insertion operation;
CCD Inspection system is designed for the final product inspection. Two main inspections that include flatness inspection and internal pin height inspection;
After CCD inspection implemented, this automatic SFP connector assembly machine will sort the final product from accept to rejects automatically;
After final product sorting, the accepted product will be unloaded and packed into a package tube. Automatic changeover of the package tube once the final products in a quantity numbers.
